A delicious and healthy lentil soup!

Ingredients

onion, red (peeled, finely chopped)

onion, yellow (peeled, finely chopped)

carrot (finely chopped)

lentil
5 c
vegetable broth
2 c
water
2 T
garlic (minced)
3 T
Josh P's Secret Sauce (HEAPING)

Instructions

You'll need a large, heavy pot, a colander, food processor, and a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, serve!
